Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, which consist primarily of fresh and perishable food ingredients, returns and other issues are handled with the utmost care and consistency.
We carefully inspect and process all products before they are shipped to ensure they meet professional quality standards. If you encounter any issues with your order—such as damage during shipping, missing items, or discrepancies in the delivery—our sales team is ready to assist you. We have a dedicated team of sales representatives available 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (except Sundays) to help you resolve any order-related issues as quickly as possible.
In such cases, we assess each situation individually and with complete transparency. Depending on the circumstances, this may result in a replacement product, a gift certificate, or another appropriate solution that reflects the nature of the problem and the professional nature of our services.
We do not accept returns based on a change of mind or incorrect orders, particularly for perishable or custom-made items. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable commercial and consumer laws.
